Ryan is a highly motivated and experienced Training Specialist who is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute for Personnel Development (CIPD) and has a background in Planning, Assessing, and Delivering in multi-national training environments. Qualified and experienced in Welfare, Mental Health First Aid, and is also an Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Advisor.
Ryan hopes that his knowledge, skills, and experience can contribute to meeting the aims of the academy. Growing up in the Ballymacash area Ryan is keen to contribute towards the development of facilities for the local community and helping to make them accessible to all and for future generations to come.
Ryan is also a qualified football coach and holds a UEFA Licence and Youth Award with the FA. Experienced in coaching adults and children in football throughout the UK at both Youth International and Grassroots levels, Ryan works closely with the Ballymacash Rangers FC Youth Committee and Coaches in the development of youth players and coaches as part of the club’s player development pathway.
