As a founding member of the board, Laura has been actively involved since its inception, demonstrating her dedication to its mission and growth.

Tyler Stone

Health and Fitness Coach

Tyler is our dedicated Health and Fitness Coach, bringing experience from the fitness industry and football coaching. Passionate about supporting the BSA and community, he helps bring their visions to life. His enthusiasm and determination ensure everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential in a positive, inclusive environment.

Gary McGuigan

General Operative

Garry has been a coach at Ballymacash Rangers Youth since 2018, earning his IFA Coaching Badge in 2019. He also serves as Chairman of the Emerge Invitational League, a men’s over-35 league promoting mental health through football. Garry is committed to creating an inclusive, supportive community on and off the pitch.

Nikki Cole

Finance Officer

Nikki is our Finance Officer with experience in account management, playing an integral role in the academy’s operations. She ensures financial stability and supports growth by managing budgets and resources effectively. Dedicated and detail-oriented, Nikki helps strengthen the academy’s structures, contributing to its long-term success and sustainability within the community.

Carter Waring

I study sport at Ulster University, play for Ballymacash U21s, and coach football. I hold a National Coaching Certificate, Health and Safety, Safeguarding, First Aid, and a GAA Level 1 Coaching Badge. My goal is to secure full-time employment in a sporting environment, helping others develop and succeed.
