Directors' Profiles

Philip Reain-Adair

Philip is the Director of Services for the award-winning charity Live Life Well-Being Centre and Social Enterprises.  The organisation provides high quality day opportunities for young adults with additional needs in the Greater Lisburn area.  Live Life delivers horticultural projects at the Sports Academy Community Allotments and are currently developing a community Pocket Forest beside the sports grounds.  

Since joining the charity sector Philip has achieved significant amounts of grant-based funding for the organisation to achieve its current and future aims.  Philip works in partnership with many community organisations throughout the Lisburn area.

Philip is a qualified Head Teacher and has worked in special education for 18 years in a Senior Leadership role.  He holds significant experience in public body building projects and residential property development, writing organisational policies, managing large staff teams and delivering staff development training to large groups. 

Philip is a licenced Team Teach Positive Behaviour Management trainer and a qualified Clinical Psychotherapist, running a successful private practice for many years. 

Philip hopes his knowledge and experience in inclusion, disability and wellbeing can contribute to supporting the future development needs of the academy.
