The Ballymacash Sports Academy AGM was held on Thursday 3rd September 2020.
An update was given by Chairman Philip Trimble to the Shareholders in attendance on the 3G Pitch Build, Outdoor Gym, Installation of New Perimeter Fencing, Dugout Refurbishment and other minor works carried out in the last year.
A Financial Update was then given to the shareholders and the Directors then approved the Annual Accounts for the Year Ended 31st March 2020 prepared by George Roberts FCA of Roberts & Co Chartered Accountants.
Motions to:
- Permit the recruitment of a Sports Academy Manager
- Authorise the Directors to proceed with installation of a 100 Seater Stand
- Re-elect all current Directors to the BSA Board
were all passed unanimously by a shareholder vote.
