Sandra Walsh was born in Ballymacash, went to Ballymacash PS, and attended St Marks Church. She worked in Barclays Bank for 40 years until deciding to retire in October 2020. She has vast experience in organising fundraising events for charities and Digital and Lifeskill events throughout numerous schools, colleges, and community groups and some of you might know her from running the annual Motor Neurone Fundraiser in the club. She is confident that her experience in banking will benefit the Sports Academy. Last year Sandra decided to try and help the club by completing her NCC Level 1 coaching and now takes the 5 and 6-year-olds just starting off their footballing journey. She is also a member of the Board with Emerge Counselling Services. Sandra wants to see this venture going from strength to strength to benefit the community and will do her utmost to help achieve this.
